Résumé
Understanding how coworking spaces impact the health and well-being of workers is important as the coworking phenomenon is growing. However, not a lot of research has been conducted on this specific angle. This study looks at the well-being of workers from physical, intellectual and mental health perspectives. The data collection was conducted through semi-directive interviews with 28 managers and users of coworking spaces in the Province of Quebec, in Canada. The key elements that make a difference to the health and well-being of coworkers are flexibility of time, localization within the space, ambience and ability to concentrate, and connection to others.
